We have a viewer coming round at 12pm. Surely after 3 years 2 months of selling this is our buyer. We have seen a really reasonable house to rent as well so fingers crossed

well.... vieweing went really well. Girl really liked it andf said its best one she has seen and said she would arrange a 2nd viweing. Estate agents phoned and said she wanted a 2nd vieweing and is going to phone in week good thing is she is a cash buyer as well so no mortgage problems to worry about so fingers crossed this could be the 1!
